About the role
We're building India's voice layer for D2C. Our AI runs real calls, handles real objections, and takes real actions mid-conversation. We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer who wants to build things that actually speak — not just predict.
What you'll do
Build and improve our conversational AI models for inbound and outbound calling
Work on our in-house TTS model — tuning for Indian accents, D2C contexts, and real-world noise
Design and run evals for voice agent performance across call types
Improve latency, accuracy, and naturalness of agent responses in production
Collaborate with product and engineering to ship voice features fast
What you'll need
Strong foundations in ML — you know what's happening under the hood
Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, or speech/audio models
Comfort working close to production — not just research
Ability to move fast without breaking the core product
Fluency in Python, familiarity with model serving and inference
Nice to have
Experience with TTS or ASR systems
Understanding of Indian language/accent diversity
Prior work at a startup or on a shipped AI product
