Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing contact@scalysis.com. There’s no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Refunded when you close your account, minus payment gateway charges

Monthly plan

Not refunded for the current period. Unused minutes don’t carry over.

Phone number fees

Not refunded once the number is active

How to request a refund

Email contact@scalysis.com from your registered email.

Include your store name and the payment or transaction ID.

We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 business days.

Charged for a call that shouldn’t count?

If a call was billed by mistake, for example a duplicate or a failed connection, write to us and we’ll review it and credit your wallet if it’s confirmed.

Questions about a charge?

Send us the transaction ID and we’ll check it.
